BARBADOS:
Flights are not included and will need to be purchased separately. Airfares to the Caribbean can fluctuate so it is worth shopping around and we are more than happy to assist. Through our contacts we can sometimes negotiate discounted airfares to Barbados otherwise we recommend using Newmont Travel, the Flight Centre or booking your flights through the airline of your choice - all of which would be fully insured and ATOL protected. You can also visit a travel search and comparison site like www.skyscanner.net or www.kayak.co.uk to find the best flight prices, especially if you don't mind not flying direct. Those travelling from the UK and wishing to fly direct have the option
of flying with Virgin Atlantic or British Airways who both offer daily
flights to and from Barbados.

SPAIN:
Flights are not included and will need to be purchased separately. Our Spanish retreat is located near the town of Mojacar in Andalucia. We suggest flying to and from Alicante as this airport offers far more choice in terms of airlines and the number of flights compared to the closer airports of Almeria and Murcia. Airlines flying to Alicante include www.easyjet.com, www.ryanair.com, www.monarch.co.uk and www.britishairways.com. We recommend using a travel search and comparison site like www.skyscanner.net to find the best airfares.
Airport transfers:
To make your trip as easy as possible we have included in the price a group airport transfer by coach to and from the retreat. The journey time is approximately two and a half hours and the coach will depart Alicante airport at midday. It is therefore essential that you book your flight to arrive before 11am otherwise you will need to make your own arrangements.
On the final day the retreat will end at 11am and we will organise the group transfer to Alicante airport shortly after. You should allow at least two and a half hours for the journey time plus an hour and a half check-in, so in order to take advantage of the complimentary return transfer to Alicante airport, please book your return flight to depart after 3pm.

UK:
Our UK retreat is located in the village of Ferring on the south coast of England in West Sussex, midway between Brighton and Chichester. Ferring is about 5 miles from Worthing, 15 miles from Brighton and approximately 4 miles off the A27. For map and directions from your location go to https://maps.google.co.uk
The nearest international airport is London Gatwick which is approximately 50 miles away.
Traveling by rail:
There is a regular service from London Victoria to Goring-By-Sea which is approximately 2 miles
